The “Shore Haus” as it is affectionately known is a long, linear, simplified floor plan shown in a 3 level height modern home. It is perched high and stretches out to maximize the view of beach and forest below.

This property and home projects out past the neighbours’ homes for a unique experience on the slopes in White Rock. It is anchored into the hillside and cantilevered out 18 feet at the farthest point with the beach situated right below.

The center core of the home has a 15 foot ceiling height opening the home to those spectacular southern views.
